Tasks:

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.


An Inside Sales Manager has the following responsibilities:

  • Identifying new business opportunities (leads) by monitoring inbound marketing channels and activities.
  • Engaging with the inbound leads and understanding customers’ needs and requirements to build a relationship and deliver a positive customer experience
  • Create and run Email/LinkedIn marketing campaigns and telesales activities
  • Pitch and demo our products and/or services to prospects
  • Attend virtual and in-person events
  • Update the CRM with the latest information


This job is for you if you…

  • have passion for B2B sales
  • have excellent written and verbal German & English skills (French is a plus) 
  • have a high level of self-discipline, problem-solving & customer-centric mindset
  • are a reliable team player with the desire to personally grow and educate yourself
  • love to work independently in your field of responsibility and design your own processes
  • and are familiar with the User Experience and/or Market research industry (nice to have)
